ご予約前の注意点 Notice before booking
ご予約は4ヶ月先まで承っております。空室状況をご確認の後、以下の方法によりご予約ください。

■ チェックインとチェックアウト Check-in & Check-out
・Check-in time / 3pm – 9pm
・Check-out time / 10:30am
■ お支払い方法 Payment
チェックイン時に全額のお支払いをお願いいたします。(現金、クレジットカード)
Please prepare full payment when you check in. ( cash and credit are available )
■ キャンセルポリシ－ Cancellation
＊チェックイン日の7日前以後チェックイン当日及び不泊のキャンセル料は100%掛かります。
＊1棟貸切りの場合、チェックイン日の28日前以後14日前のキャンセル料は30%掛かり、14日前以後チェックイン当日のキャンセル料は100%掛かります。
＊100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your booking 7days prior to your booking date.
＊100% cancellation fee of the room or bed will be charged if you cancel your booking on your check in date.
■ その他 Others
・貸切りプランの場合は館内施設をご利用者で占有できます。
・部屋別プランの場合、シャワー、トイレ、洗面及びキッチンは共同でのご利用となります。( Shared shower, toilet, washing room, kitchen-dining room )
※女性専用のシャワー・トイレがあります。( Ladies room (shower, toilet) )
・消灯は深夜12時です。( lights off / Midnight )
・館内は禁煙です。( No smoking is allowed inside )
■ 電話からの予約 Booking by Phone

２営業日経っても予約確定のご案内がない場合は、何らかの原因でメールが受信されていないことも考えられます。
その場合は大変恐れ入りますが、再度メールもしくはお電話にてご連絡頂きますよう宜しくお願い致します。
